USDA Inspected Meat Sales
USDA inspections are required for those outlets selling meat from livestock through retail outlets. In order to sell to restaurants, farmers markets, by the cut or across state lines the meat has to be USDA inspected. The animals also have to be slaughtered at a USDA inspected facility. All our regular wholesale and retail products meet this standard.
WSDA Custom Exempt Meat Processing
This is a program that licenses the slaughter and processing of uninspected meat animals for the sole consumption of the owner. This program is for those persons who raise their own livestock, for those purchasing livestock directly from producers, and for those who hunt wild game. We are a licensed WSDA custom processor.
